Warranty & Repair for Audio Technica Products in Pakistan
Audio Technica extends a one-year warranty policy commencing from the date of purchase. To access the benefits of this warranty, it is mandatory to provide the warranty card alongside a copy of the original invoice. This comprehensive warranty policy is designed to offer you a sense of security and guarantee the quality of your Audio Technica product.
- All brand-new Audio Technica products purchased from authorized dealers in Pakistan are covered for a period of 1 year against defects in manufacturing and workmanship only.
- If a consumer experiences a quality failure in the product during the warranty period stated on the product warranty card from the date of purchase, and the company's technical staff confirms that the failure occurred under normal use, free warranty service will be provided.
Please note that in such cases, all necessary replacement parts will be supplied at no cost. All rights reserved.
Under the following circumstances, our company will refuse to provide free warranty services but will offer maintenance services, subject to relevant parts and labour fees:
a. The product has been damaged due to improper operation, negligent use, or unforeseeable circumstances.
b. Unauthorized repairs have been conducted on the product.
c. Damage to the headphone unit due to factors such as excessive volume, debris or impact resulting in diaphragm deformation, breakage, crushing, water immersion, shell damage, or deformation.
d. The product does not operate in accordance with the installation instructions provided by the original manufacturer.
e. Failure to provide the sales receipt from the sales unit related to the original warranty card, or if the purchase date exceeds the warranty period.
Our company will decline to provide maintenance services in the following situations:
a. The original warranty card cannot be provided, or the information recorded in the product warranty card is inconsistent with the product.
b. Alteration, blurring, or illegibility of the warranty card or the anti-counterfeiting label logistics code.
